  I have dealt with McGrath Northcote in both the sale and the rental departments. Sam and Walter were complete professionals, always going the extra mile, thoughtful and genuine. Super impressive. The rental team are amazing too, quick to act, honest and, again, professional in all ways. You always think dealing with estate agents is a headache but with McGrath I discovered that it doesn’t have to be at all. It can actually be an enjoyable process. I really get the impression that they are working hard to do the best thing and the right thing at all times. Would use them again and again.

  It concerns me that you respond to 1-starred reviews in a passive-aggressive manner in order to protect your ratings and reputation. It seems like most of the positive reviews have come from landlords and it's obvious to past and present tenants which party you actually care about most.
  
  We were excellent, respectful tenants, always paid rent ahead of time and were still abused, followed on social media, etc. in an all-round unprofessional manner. So read everything, know your rights and.. actually save yourself the most stressful experience of your life and go through another agency. Heed my words.
